Your first inquiry is more useful when it includes:

• Your destination country and preferred arrival port.
• A listing link, or your preferred make, model, year range, fuel type, and seating capacity.
• Your vehicle budget and whether it also needs to cover freight and local import costs.
• The quantity you need and any timing requirements.

2. Build a Shortlist and Explore the Costs

3. Review the Vehicle Before Making Your Decision

Discuss the available photographs, inspection video, and vehicle information with our team. Confirm that the material relates to your selected vehicle, and send specific questions about any condition, equipment, or history detail that matters to you.

4. Confirm the Quotation and Buyer Details

Review the vehicle, freight, other quoted charges, destination, and payment terms. Tell us promptly if a destination or vehicle specification needs to change; the quotation may need updating.

Provide accurate buyer and consignee details. The consignee is the party named to receive the shipment. If the buyer, payer, importer, or consignee will be different parties, explain the arrangement before documents are prepared.

Our team reviews the transaction and issues the proforma invoice, often called the PI. Check the issued document and resolve any discrepancies before arranging payment.

5. Submit Payment Evidence and Follow Export Preparation

Follow the payment instructions on your issued PI. After making the transfer, provide the bank's transfer confirmation through the instructed transaction channel. Our team reviews that evidence and separately confirms the funds received by our bank.

After approval and the required payment confirmation, the purchase and export preparation proceed according to your agreed terms. Our published buying process includes vehicle purchase, deregistration, transport to the loading port, and export documentation. Ask for the current progress of your own vehicle rather than treating a general timetable as a guaranteed departure date.

6. Follow Shipment and Prepare for Arrival

Check the shipping method, destination port, recorded schedule, and documents shared for your transaction. Planned departure and arrival dates can change. Read the status attached to each update so you can distinguish a booking or estimate from a confirmed event.

Prepare the destination side with your local broker before arrival: document requirements, clearance arrangements, local charges, and any registration or inspection steps. Agree who will collect the vehicle and what they need to obtain release.
